Nice review, although you missed the highlight of the festival: The Friday night bed races. If you truly want the Troy Strawberry Festival experience, I encourage to attend Friday night when downtown Troy really goes bonkers. By the way, you may have noticed that every booth pays a significant fee to attend. Every dime goes back into Troy to support the city's non-profit agencies. This massive fund-raising event is a major source of income for many, many groups.
